Sony has admitted PlayStation 3 owners will be waiting longer than expected for the update that allows 3D Blu-ray playback on the console. I 8217;m devoid of sympathy, because if you can afford a PS3 and 3DTV, you frankly deserve a bit of suffering in your life. Nyaaaaaah, rich kids. Not that I 8217;m bitter. Anyway, at its IFA 2010 press event in Berlin today, the company admitted the system update is now due in October, rather than September. I know, I know, it sucks because you 8217;re dying to crack open your sealed copy of The Polar Express 3D, but dem the breaks, kids. On the bright side, there are still only about eight 3D Blu-ray movies available to buy, so, y 8217;know, maybe, uh, get a bit more time in with WipEout HD Via Engadget
